Matthew leads business transformation and change programmes. He also reviews, troubleshoots and assures complex programmes, many involving asset or infrastructure creation.
At Concerto Matthew’s main achievements have been mobilising the London Olympics, planning the BBC’s move to Salford, procuring a new FM supply chain for Direct Line Group, advising A FTSE 250 asset management company on their corporate strategy, introducing a property-enabled transformation programme into a Magic Circle law firm and leading a workspace transformation in a London Health Trust.
Matthew has also led Assurance reviews of the $2.5 bn fitout of the UN HQ in New York, an organisation capacity and capability review for the Irish Government, several reviews for the MoJ and some key reviews for the MoD. Matthew’s business philosophy hinges on insight, impact, collaboration, change embedment and knowledge transfer.
Prior to Concerto, Matthew worked for PwC and before that as a practicing engineer designing roads, tunnels and civil engineering solutions.
